great views but limited amenities

The room had a stunning view of the river that made my stay enjoyable! The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff showed genuine hospitality, making check-in a breeze. I particularly loved relaxing by the waterfront, soaking in the beautiful scenery.

after attending a fantastic event at the hotel, we took a lovely stroll to the outdoor waterfront bar where we soaked in the music and the beautiful views, and I enjoyed the short walk to Fort Phoenix State Reservation, which offered stunning park views that were perfect for relaxation and reflection.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Seaport Resort And Marina! The room was spacious and the children loved the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy for them to watch their favorite shows. Being close to the water was a bonus. we enjoyed relaxing while overlooking the beautiful bay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The bed situation needs serious attention. the spring mattress felt like sleeping on a slab with only four flat pillows that hardly accommodate a king size. The air conditioner was noisy, leading to disrupted sleep, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities like towel racks, making it feel even more cramped. Ongoing renovations left some common facilities unavailable, and broken vending machines, along with no ice maker, were further letdowns. Also, the noise from adjacent activities sometimes seeped into the room, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.

Great views and nice staff

We stayed here for a night, and the waterfront view from our room was amazing! It was a spacious deluxe studio with a wet bar and even wine glasses, a nice touch! The restaurant was closed, but we found a cute breakfast spot nearby. Only bummer was no USB ports in the room, which can be a hassle.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The two double beds were comfortable, and the outdoor bar offered a nice spot to relax. However, the overall cleanliness issues were concerning. the bedding needed replacement and an urgent window repair highlighted safety concerns. Coffee machine issues and partial cable access added to the frustrating experience, though the location was convenient for getting to the boat dock each morning.

During our recent stay, the indoor pool was fantastic, especially for unwinding after a long day. I loved the delicious breakfast options that kept us full every morning. The lovely outdoor dining setup added a delightful touch with great live music, but the unpleasant smell in our room was a letdown.
